Meadow Park Golf Course

I played at Meadow Park for the first time this week. I was visiting from out of town and a friend set up the round for us. I was skeptical about a municipal course but was very surprised about the condition and overall layout of the course. The trees keep you honest and reward well placed tee shots, the layout was challenging but still very fun for a mid to high handicapper. We also had lunch and the staff was incredibly friendly and food was great value. I would highly recommend Meadow Park and hope to play again if I am back in the Tacoma area.

If you want to do a fun 9 or a full 18, both the Williams and Championship course are great options. Fun course! Foleys has great menu with good drinks. Driving range has lots of bays for groups. Tracer in designated area is covered with heaters making it a nice time during cold rainy days.

I've played golf here for 40-plus years, and historic Meadow Park continues to be a great option for local golf. The course conditions are almost always exceptional, and the customer service is outstanding! I play both modern clubs and also 100-year old hickory shaft golf clubs, and Meadow Park is a superb venue for both types of play. Superb practice area, including Top Tracer options on the driving range. Greens fees are very reasonable. Foley's restaurant provides decent food.

I really enjoy playing here. There’s a massive practice putting green, range, restaurant and the course layout is forgiving yet challenging. A really cool par 3 hole where you hit over a small canyon. A major plus is the pro shop employees aren’t a bunch of Richard Craniums which is a nice surprise! It’s usually pretty busy here but I guess that just means it’s the place to be :)

Great course in the middle of Tacoma. My son and I had a great day here playing. Some holes are challenging, others are just plain fun. Well worth a round and your time, beautiful layout, well taken care of, and a fun place to play.
